ŽVC – Žaliakalnis business centre

The radio factory, built in the middle of the 20th century, is located in the very centre of Kaunas; Soviet industrial architecture totally spoils the urban architectural style of the centre of Kaunas. The goal is – conversion – to blend this site into the city’s context and create an attractive multifunctional complex with public spaces in the central part of the city while preserving the building’s structure and contours as a historical legacy.
